Windows 7 installation stops at 64% when upgrading from vista ?
by Nithin Ramesh on Jan 2nd, 2010Sometimes when you try to upgrade to Windows 7 from Vista, the upgrade process stops at as close as 64%. The problem may be due to iphlpsvc service that hangs during the process. But don't worry there is a workaround for this error. 1) Stop the installation and reboot. Microsoft's Mobicast helps combine cell phone videos
